Online Appointment
- Appointments booked online cannot be canceled by the patient
- Patients must report to the concerned counter at the Hospital 30 minutes prior to the appointment time slot with the confirmation email/SMS. Failure to report on time will be treated as a no-show.
- Appointment slots/times are provisional and subject to change based on the daily schedule of the concerned doctor on the particular appointment date.
- Changing doctor is not allowed for appointments booked online.
- For appointments made more than 48 hours in advance, a change in appointment date will be allowed only once if requested 24 hours prior to the appointment date through the web appointment helpline: +91 0466533510 or 400 between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. For appointments made within 24 hours of the appointment date, no change requests will be entertained.
- Caritas Family Hospital and the concerned doctor reserve the right to cancel the appointment at any time.
- Caritas Family Hospital and the concerned doctor reserve the right to reschedule any appointment made online. In the event of rescheduling, the patient will be notified through SMS or Email provided during online registration. The patient can accept the rescheduled date/time/ day.
- In the event of cancellation or rescheduling by Caritas Family Hospital, the Hospital will only be liable to refund the collected fee and shall not be responsible for any other costs, expenses, or damages.
- Caritas Family Hospital and the concerned doctor reserve the right to alter the appointment time/slot to accommodate emergency patients.
- Please provide at least the confirmation printout/SMS when presenting yourself at the Hospital.

- Use the New Patient Link if it is your first visit to Caritas Family Hospital. If you already have an existing Register Number, please use the Review Registration Link.
- Before fixing the appointment, users are advised to carefully check the details, credentials, and terms and conditions applicable to the Service Provider.
- On arrival, if you experience problems with your new online appointments, please contact our floor executive, Front Office, or Online Counter.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
- There is no cancellation option for end users after payment is made. In case of duplicate payment, please approach the admin or finance at concerned appointment or the institution for a refund with proof of the transaction reference(s) of both payments.
- Refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days. The respective payment gateway will send back to the issuing bank [user’s card banker] in batches for processing, which should take approximately 8-15 working days, depending on issuing banks policies.
- Important: By submitting a payment through the online payment site, you agree to these terms and conditions, including any updated changes from time to time through our website.
Change in Privacy Policy
Caritas Family Hospital may update this Privacy Policy at any time, with or without prior notice. In such occurrences, significant changes may be made to the way Caritas handles user's personal information.
