The Quality Control Department plays a central role in Caritas Family Hospital to guarantee the delivery of the best quality services. Headed by four members, the department collaborates with clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure they uphold a high-quality service in the hospital.

They are also involved in preparing, maintaining, and updating various manuals and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of all the departments. This way, they are able to monitor their performance through the various quality measures and provide recommendations to improve on the delivery of services. The team also conducts internal audits and conducts regular inspections within the facility to guarantee that Caritas Family Hospital is providing safe and quality services.
